Finding Markus Tronque
Markus Tronque was a one-hit-wonder documentary filmmaker who went missing in 2016. The last person he was with was Michael Moore — his nemesis. Finding Markus Tronque — a 6-part original series from UCBLA and Earwolf — follows Tronque’s filmmaking career, which is continuously overshadowed by Michael Moore. Follow Tronque as he tries everything to make a hit film: escaping a 7.5 magnitude earthquake, embedding himself in a waterpark sex cult, and committing a counterfeiting crime with an FBI agent. This never-before-heard footage, narrated by Morgan Pickles, follows Tronque from 1989 right up until his disappearance. His current whereabouts are unknown to the public, but this investigative series may provide some answers. Finding Markus Tronque stars Matt Walsh, Horatio Sanz, Jon Gabrus, Mary Holland, Jessica McKenna, Brad Morris, Madeline Walter, Carl Tart, Zach Reino, Laci Mosely, Joe Nunez, Charlie Sanders, Will Hines as Michael Moore, with appearances by Ben Schwartz, Peter Banifaz, Alyssa Limperis, Dan Black, and more. Narrated by: Morgan Walsh Created & Written by: Matt Walsh, Anosh McAdam, and Cody Ziglar This is a semi-improvised show.

This is 'The Colbert Report' but for performative “wokeness”. Some people skate through life with nary a bump. Others are knocked about like kittens in a dryer. And then’s Scott Thompson (Kids In The Hall, Buddy Cole), who has suffered more abuse than a Lars Von Trier actress. But none of those calamities have kept him down for long! He has instead emerged, if not better, then at least not worse - and always with a funny story. On PTSDiva, Scott talks to other comics about their lowest points, as well as surgeons, priests, and other experts on the human condition.
